  • Estimated Total Delivery: 6–15 business days from order placement

Order Processing

Once your payment is successfully completed, your order enters our processing system, typically taking 1–3 business days. During this time, we:

  • Confirm and verify your order
  • Inspect the product for quality
  • Package your order securely for shipment

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Products are prepared at international fulfillment centers before being forwarded to the United States for final delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

After processing, your package is shipped to the United States and handed over to a domestic carrier, usually USPS or a similar provider.

Shipping Address Accuracy

PawCareMart is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or misrouted packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately to correct it before your order is processed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To ensure prompt delivery:

  • Modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is submitted
  • If a change is needed, contact us as soon as possible, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before fulfillment begins.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

  • Arrives visibly damaged
