At PawCareMart.com, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop for your pet products with confidence. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair 30-day return policy.
Return Window
- Return Period: 30 days from the date your order is delivered
- Restocking Fees: None
- Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail only
Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Before sending any item back, please contact our support team to request authorization:

- Reason for return (damaged, defective, incorrect item, or change of mind)
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include all original accessories, components, and materials
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect, PawCareMart will cover the return shipping cost. A prepaid return label will be provided after approval.
Change of Mind or Incorrect Selection
If you simply ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If your package was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately
- If you received the wrong item or a defective product, notify us within 30 days of delivery
Our team will review your issue and provide instructions for a prompt resolution.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is approved.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product following the steps above and place a new order separately.
